V K NAIDU The Court made the following: ORDER This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 21.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15237 of 2023. 2. No representation for the petitioner. 3. On perusal of the compliance affidavit filed by the respondent No.2, it is evident that the petitioner was reinstated into service and his services were regularized and bills were submitted to the treasury department for sanction of all his benefits. As such, the order dated 28.07.2022 passed in W.P.No.27059 of 2 2021 has been complied with and the proceedings were also filed along with the compliance affidavit vide Rc.No.683/A2/2021, dated 16.11.2023. 4. In view of the same, as the petitioner was reinstated into service and his services were regularized, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt case. 5.
