This Writ Petition was filed questioning the action of the 4th respondent in proposing to issue/ distribute house site pattas in the land vested with the 5th respondent Gram Panchayat and reserved for various communal purposes, in Sy.No.487/3A to an extent of Ac.5.20 cents situated at Pendekal R.S. Village, Ramakonda Gram Panchayat Majara, Tuggali Mandal, Kurnool District, to the 3rd parties under ‘Navaratnalu – Pedalandari Illu Pragramme’, without considering the objections/representations made by the petitioners dated 19.02.2020 and 16.03.2020. 3. On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 5th respondent relying upon the written instructions, submits that initially the subject land in Sy.487/3A was proposed to distribute house site pattas under Welfare Scheme, but considering the objections/ representations of the petitioners, the said proposal was shifted from Sy.No.487/3A to Sy.Nos.133- 1A, 134-1 and 135 in the year 2020 itself. The construction of the houses was also completed in the said survey numbers. The said written instructions shall be made as part of the Court record. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, as no cause survives, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.
