JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other writ or order quashing the Notice bearing No.K.Ni.Da/Vahi/No/344/25-26 dated Nil issued by R2 under Annexure-A in the interest of justice and equity. b. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or order quashing the direction bearing No.Jati/Vahi/81/25-26 dated 22.07.2025, issued by R1 under the Annexure- B in the interest of justice and equity. c. Grant such other and further relief/s including the issuance of appropriate writ or order/s as this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the facts and circumstances of this case. 2. Learned AGA, on instructions, submits that there is no particular action which is proposed to be taken against the petitioner or his caste certificate. 3. A complaint having been received by the respondent as regards a fraudulent caste certificate having been obtained in the name of the daughter of the petitioner, the proceedings have been initiated insofar as that - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:10867 WP No. 105463 of 2025 fraudulent certificate is concerned and the documents have been sought for from the petitioner is in furtherance of such action which has been taken. 4. The submission of learned AGA answers the grievance of the petitioner inasmuch as the petitioner having superannuated and no action being proposed to be taken as regard the caste certificate of the petitioner, the petitioner cannot have any further grievance. The enquiry being in connection with the alleged false certificate of his daughter, necessary documents having been called would have to be submitted. 5.
