ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of 5th respondent at the instance of 6th respondent in repeatedly insisting the petitioner to appear before the 5th respondent police station and high handedly insisting the petitioner to settle the civil disputes connected to total agricultural land of Ac.3.00 cents, covered by survey numbers 100-2 and 100-3 of Edavalli Revenue Village in Kamavaraupkota Mandal of Eluru District and yield to the demands of 5th respondent as illegal, irregular, irrational, arbitrary, without any authority of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 5th respondent not to interfere in any manner with petitioner’s possession over the said lands nor in their personal liberty.…”
2. Heard Sri P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri.P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent- police are repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station at the instance of the unofficial respondent No.6 and insisting the petitioner to settle the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.6.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the respondent-police never called the

petitioner to the police station and never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties.
5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against him. No order as to costs.
