Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent - State. 3. Petitioners are husband and mother-in-law of the 2nd respondent. On perusal of the charge sheet, the accusation against the petitioners is well founded. There are no merits to interfere with the charge sheet. 4. However, considering the age of the 2nd petitioner who is mother-in-law of the 2nd respondent, the presence of 2nd petitioner is dispensed with before the learned trial Court except on crucial days of trial which warrants her presence. 5.
