However as pointed out by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant that there are few typographical errors in the order dated 22.4.2025. 2. The name of the original writ petitioner has been mentioned in the cause title instead of his legal heir Lavangi Devi. The cause title may be corrected. 3. Moreover, in paragraph 5 after the first sentence instead of fullstop after 1983 should be deleted and the word ‘The’ alphabet ‘T’ in the word ‘the’ shall be in small letter. 4. In the second line of paragraph eight instead of ‘realized’ it should be ‘released’. 5. It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that no specific date has been mentioned with regard to the commencement of the financial benefits. 6. In paragraph 3 we have already indicated that the original petitioner would be entitled to financial benefit w.e.f. 1st July, 2002. The date of regularization for financial benefits is 01.11.1996. 2 7. Let the said corrections be incorporated in the order dated 22.4.2025. 8.
