(Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking quashing of the order dated 16.03.2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panchkula whereby the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed person and further FIR No.59 dated 12.08.2020 under Section 174-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been registered at Police Station Mansa Devi Complex, District Panchkula in Complaint No.NACT/1679 of 2013 titled as ‘Hari Om Vs Sachin Doger’ along with all the subsequent proceedings. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, Mr. Bishnoi Abhimanyu, Advocate, (PH-707-2024) is appointed as legal-aid-counsel to assist this Court on behalf of the petitioner. Legal-aid-counsel appointed by this Court contends that even though he is not aware of the actual status, however, in view of the aforesaid specific stand the present petition as well as the consequential proceedings arising therefrom would not survive any further. In view of aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
