l,37,610/-(Rupee s One Lakh thirty seven thousand six hundred and ten pursuant to the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme (MGNREGS) grants State Development Funds grant works towards the construction of internal CC Road with CC drainage in ST Focality I and II, in Thondapi village, Muppalla Mandal, Palnadu District, done by the petitioner for constructing internal CC roads with CC drains in the respondent No.7 Gram panchayat, as illegal arbitrary violation of principles of natural justice contrary to the Settled principles of natural justice contrary to the Rules and Regulations of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 and offends Articles 14, 19 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to comply with the above Measurement Books/Fund Transfer Orders by paying amounts along with interests at 18 percentage to the petitioner and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the amount of Rs. l,37,610/- (Rupees One Lakh thirty seven thousand six hundred and ten) towards the works executed by the petitioner relating to the Work ID 077042301002080038 and ID 077042301002080039 for constructing internal CC Roads with CC drains in the respondent No.7 Gram panchayat, pending disposal of the main writ petition and to pass such

ORDER:
Non payment of bill amount for the works executed by the petitioner for Providing internal CC roads with CC drains in ST Locality I & II, Thondapi Village, under MGNREGS, is the grievance of the petitioner.
2. Heard Sri P.V.S.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents.
3. Smt.Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents on instructions dated 28.11.2025 submitted that the bill amount, which is now claimed by the petitioner is admitted by the respondents and they are ready and willing to process the same and pay the amount, however, sought eight weeks time for such payment.
4. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection.
5. Taking into consideration, the submissions of both the learned counsel, as the authorities are ready to pay the net amount to the

petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at admission stage.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The respondents are
directed to release the admitted/legally entitled amount to the petitioner at the earliest and at any rate, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
