Sri Y.Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Gram Panchayat, on instructions dated 24.11.2025, submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent is civil in nature and that

the notice issued by the 4th respondent has been withdrawn. Accordingly, he prayed for dismissal of the writ petition. 4. In view of the submission that the 4th respondent–Gram Panchayat has already withdrawn the impugned notice, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
