Learned Senior Counsel has shown communication dated 5.12.2024 between Deputy Director Education/Principal, D.I.E.T. Bansi, Siddharth Nagar, respondent no.7 and Director State Council of Educational Research and Training, Lucknow, respondent no.3 for petitioner's regularization, however, till date respondent no.3 has not taken any decision. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel fairly submits that if the matter is still pending before the said respondent, reasoned decision will be taken within a short period. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that respondent no.3 will look into the matter and reasoned decision will be taken within a short period and in case there is any legal impediment, same will be conveyed to the petitioner within a short period.
