This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana to expeditiously decide the civil suit titled as “Dr. Satnam Singh and another Vs. Jasbir Singh and others”, bearing CS No.CS- 39938-2013 instituted on 01.04.2009 along with the consolidated suit titled as “Krishan Kumar and another Vs. Parminder Kaur and another” expeditiously in a time bound manner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the suits have been pending since 2009 and are now fixed for arguments and has prayed that the trial Court be directed to decide the said suits expeditiously in a time bound manner. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to prepare the arguments and address arguments on the next date or any PAWAN KUMAR 2025.05.23 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document CR-3162-2025 [2] other date which the trial Court would direct her to do and would not delay the proceedings in any manner. 3. Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances more so the circumstances that the suits have been pending since long and now are stated to be fixed for final arguments, the present revision petition is disposed of with direction to the trial Court to decide the said suits as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the next date of hearing. 4. As undertaken before this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff in the trial Court would be fully prepared to argue the matter on the next date of hearing and also on any other date which the trial Court would give.
