(C) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the representation of petitioners dated 05.04.2025 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously, preferably (Annexure No. 5 to the writ petition)." 2.
