Police Station- Akrabad District- Aligarh and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of counter affidavit informs that final report has been submitted in favour of the petitioners. In view of the above, no order is required to be passed.
