The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025 registered under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to seek regular bail before the learned District Court. 4. That being the case, learned District Court is Patna High Court CR. MISC.
