The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1212 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri, arising out of Puri Town P.S. Case No.497 of 2025 for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2)/117(2)/126(2)/ 296/ 3(5)/ 303(2)/ 308(4)/ 351(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail and places on record the criminal antecedents of the Petitioner which is taken on record. 4. Taking into account the nature of allegations and the criminal proclivities of the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for pre-arrest bail. However, in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned Court in seisin in the aforesaid case and moves an application for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit. 5.
