Present petition has been filed seeking direction to conduct impartial and fair investigation in FIR No.0055 dated 20.04.2025 under Sections 333, 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 351(3), 191, 190 of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Urban Estate, District Patiala. Further prayer has been made for transferring of investigation to some other agency except the Patiala Police. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner before this Court is an accused in abovesaid FIR and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner also filed a representation before the Investigation Agency but the same has not been taken into consideration till date. 3. Notice of motion. 4. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Addl.A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and he, on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh, has submitted that the case is under POOJA SHARMA 2025.05.23 18:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-28257-2025 -2- investigation. He submits that the grievances raised by the petitioner through his representation, would be taken into consideration before finalizing the investigation. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Investigating Agency to take into consderation the representation filed by the petitioner, expeditiously in accordance with law.
