Defect nos. 3, 11, 14(iii) and 19 have not been removed. 2. This application has been filed challenging the order dated 19.08.2016 passed in S.T. Case No. 51/193/85 of 2016-17-20 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge -cum- Special Court (under POCSO), Sambalpur. 3. Perusal of the record reveals that no order has been passed by the learned trial Court on 19.08.2016. 4. Mr. Manas Chand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 18.05.2023 has been challenged, but on account of typographical error, the order date has been mentioned as 19.08.2016. 5. In paragraph-10 of this application also it has been mentioned that this application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.08.2016 passed by the learned trial Court. 6. These defects have not been indicated by the Stamp Reporter. 7. In view of the above, this CRLMC is dismissed, but liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18.05.2023 if so advised by filing a fresh application.
