No.5825 of 2022 has been filed to that effect. The matter was earlier referred for mediation to JHALSA vide order dated 26th April, 2022 and a report has been received, wherein the matter has been settled between both sides in terms of settlement. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that Rs.37,50,000/- has already been received by opposite party no.2 in pursuant to the settlement.
