The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- “a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ , order or direction thereby setting aside Order bearing Ref. F .18/102/2003/2024- II /HG/3013-25 dated 04.12 .2024 accepting the recommendations/minutes of meeting of Sentence Review Board held on 30.08.2024 and 18.09.2024 vide which the pre-mature release of the Petitioner was rejected in most mechanical manner; and b) Issue writ of mandamus or any other writ , order or direction for premature release the petitioner forthwith . c ) In the alternative, release the Petitioner on bail/parole/ furlough etc till the disposal of the present Petition on personal bond . d ) Pass such other and further orders/directions, as may be required in the interest of justice , and is deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” This is a digitally signed order. A perusal of the impugned order would indicate that the same was passed in the year 2024, and thereafter, the petitioner has further undergone incarceration. Therefore, the Court finds that the case of the petitioner is required to be reconsidered by the Sentence Review Board (SRB). 3. Let the case of the petitioner be reconsidered by the SRB in its forthcoming meeting in accordance with extant rules and regulations. The decision thereto, be also communicated to the petitioner. 4.
