1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.485 of 2023 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Loisinga arising out of Loisinga P.S. Case No.289 of 2023 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 380/457 of IPC.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that co-accused similarly placed has been released on bail in terms of the order dated 19.02.2024 in ABLAPL No.1277 of 2024. Hence on the ground of parity Petitioner seeks release.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail inter alia on the ground that the Petitioner has criminal proclivity.
5. Considering the
submissions and the allegations in the case at hand, this Court directs that
on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.
6. It is needless to state that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
7. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
