Heard Sri T.C.Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri.P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Cr.No.316 of 2025 dated 24.10.2025 under Section 420 & 506 r/w 34 of IPC at Lalapet Police Station was registered. He would further submit that the accused in the above case, filed a report and basing on the same, a case in Cr.No.335 of 2025 under Sections 420, 323, 384 & 506 r/w 34 of IPC of Lalapet Police Station dated 19.11.2025. Investigation in the above crimes is still pending. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would further submit that the lease holder of the subject property as well as the petitioner herein submitted petitions to the Superintendent of Police, Guntur District. the 3 respondent police have conducted an enquiry into both petitions. All the parties concerned were produced before the Executive Magistrate, Guntur West Mandal and bound over to keep the peace and maintain good behavior for a period of six months with a bond of Rs.5,00,000/- each vide M.C.No.426 of 2025 dated 24.12.2025 under Section 126 of BNSS. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
