It is contention of learned counsel for applicant that the Petition No. A-149 of 2021 filed by the applicant is pending before Family Court, Sangli for divorce. Learned counsel further submitted that at present, respondent is staying with the applicant. Hence, it would be convenient for both the parties to attend the Court dates at Sangli.
