Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.112 of 2025, under Sections 109, 15(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 309(6), 324(4) of B.N.S., P.S. - Aurangabad, District- Bulandshahr. 3. Learned counsel has prayed for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that during the course of investigation, complicity of the 7 accused persons has found in the crime in question and as such charge-sheet against them has already been forwarded and so far other accused persons are concerned, the investigation is going on and the same would be concluded at the earliest, in accordance with law. 5. The present petition is disposed of directing that the investigation to be concluded by the Investigating Officer concerned fairly, impartially and expeditiously, preferably within sixty days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before them. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the Competent Authority/Investigating Officer to act in accordance with law. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
