Rajkumar Tiwari), under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., Police Station- Padari, District- Mirzapur, whereby interim maintenance has been awarded. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the the present applicant has become infructuous due to final order in the aforesaid case has been passed.
