JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondents. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ in nature of mandamus by directing the respondent to consider the request of petitioner vide Annexure-C by allowing the petition in the ends of justice and equity. ii. To issue any other appropriate writ, order/s or directions this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the ends of justice. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed by the petitioner for regrant has not been acted upon by the respondents. In that background, the aforesaid reliefs have been sought for. 4. Same not having been done, I pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition stands disposed. ii.
