G VENKATA REDDY 3 The Court made the following ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2. This Writ Petition was filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the petitioners’ representation dated 04.07.2022 to enquire into exclusive possession and enjoyment of the petitioners’ lands and thereby recording their possession in the revenue records in respect of the petitioners’ land admeasuring an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Paimashi No.121, situated at Etavakili Village, Pungunur Mandal, Chittoor District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents relying upon the written instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 29.12.2025, submits that the representation of the petitioners dated 04.07.2022 was considered by enquiring into the matter and the petitioners were informed by way of an endorsement dated 02.12.2025, stating that the subject lands correlated to Sy.No.102, which is a water course poramboke and hence no possessions shall be recorded over the subject lands and no mutation/ pattadar passbooks will be issued in the name of the petitioners. 4. The written instructions dated 29.12.2025 and the endorsement of the 3rd respondent shall be made as part of the Court record. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, as the 3rd respondent already issued an endorsement dated 02.12.2025, pursuant to 4 the petitioners’ representation dated 04.07.2022, no further orders are required in this matter as the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, however, liberty is given to the petitioners to work out their remedies as per the law, if they are aggrieved by the endorsement passed by the 3rd respondent. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
