Hence, the case. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner along with other accused cheated the defacto complainant by receiving Rs.14,60,000/- in 2022 for a plot sale but failed to deliver. He would further submit that there are three previous cases pending against her.
