The writ petition bearing WP(C) No. 46/2025, was disposed of by an order dated 14.01.2025, with a direction to the respondents to consider the writ petition of the petitioners as representation and take necessary action in the matter as warranted under law. The relevant paragraphs of the order dated 4.01.2025 are reproduced here as under: 4. “Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of at its threshold stage with a direction to the respondents to consider the present writ petition as representation of the petitioners and take a necessary action as warranted under law in the matter after hearing the petitioners as well as the caveator, while also taking into consideration the grievance/claim of the caveator being the sister of the petitioners. 5. A status report in the light of the consideration as directed above be submitted before the Registry of this Court within the period of two months”. 2. Though the respondents were under an obligation to file a status report before the Registry of this Court within two months, the respondents have not done the needful till date. 3. As per office noting dated 24.03.2025, diarized as CM No. 1737/2025, the Registry has informed this Court that the status report, as directed by order dated 14.01.2025, has not been filed by the respondents till date. 4. Mr. Mohsin Qadri, learned senior AAG seeks and is granted three weeks time to file the status report before the Registry in terms of order dated 14.01.2025 passed in writ petition bearing WP(C) No. 46/2025, with an advance copy to learned counsel for the petitioners. 5.
