This appeal is directed against the orders dated 5.2.2025 passed in B.P. No.45 of 2025 and B.P. No.52 of 2025 corresponding to Loyabad P.S. Case No.51 of 2024 whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellants have been rejected. The allegations reveal that there was a dispute between two sides with respect to the unloading of coal and payment of labour wages which led to throwing of bombs and firing. The First Information Report was instituted against several accused persons including the present appellants. The allegations appear to be general and omnibus in nature. It further appears that none of the Police personnel had suffered any injury on account of their trying to stop the fight between the two groups. The appellants are in custody since 24th December 2024. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, we while setting aside the orders dated 5.2.2025 passed in B.P. No.45 of 2025 and B.P. No.52 of 2025 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad, direct that the appellants above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad in connection with Loyabad P.S.
