To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned notification No.HUH/RO/2024-25/398 dated 12/09/2024 and re notification HUH/RO/2024-25/526 dated 28/10/2024 inviting the application for teaching assistant/guest faculty passed by R-1, vide Annexure-C And D in respect of petitioner alone. 2. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or in nature of any other writ directing - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:9886 WP No. 103345 of 2025 the respondent no.1 to pass an order to allow the petitioner to continue his service in the Resp 2 department till end of this academic year 2024-25. 3. Pass such orders as this Hon’ble court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case as in duty bound the petitioner shall ever pray an act of kindness in the interest of justice and equity. 3. In the above matter, the petitioner is seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioners to continue service in the respondent- college for the academic year 2024–2025.
