Petition seeks a direction for expediting the hearing of Complaint ULP No. 7 of 2021 pending on the ile of Labour Court, Sangli. 3. Petitioner has been dismissed from service. The order of dismissal is subject matter of challenge before the Labour Court, Sangli in ULP Complaint No. 7 of 2021. 4. We are not inclined to grant relief as prayed for a direction to the Labour Court to decide the complaint expeditiously. Petition is therefore dismissed. 6. However, it is open for the Petitioner to make an application before the Labour Court, Sangli bringing to the notice of Labour Court that even assuming the Petitioner succeeds, he would retire in May 2026. . Petitioner has been out of employment for long time. In such view of the matter, the appropriate course open for the Petitioner would be to ile an application before the Labour Court for expediting the hearing of complaint.
