Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that despite submitting a representation dated 17.09.2025 seeking for granting e-pattadar passbook and title deed and inclusion of the names of the petitioner in all online record of Rights, in respect of the property in question, no action has been taken so far. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, has stated that as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, the authorities will consider the 4 representation/Form 6-A application submitted by the petitioner and they will pass appropriate orders after giving notice to the concerned persons. 5. Considering the above submissions made by both learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents especially the 4th respondent to consider the representation/Form 6-A application made by the petitioner on 17.09.2025 as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
