This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing of NBW order dated 21.06.2024 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Mirzapur in Complaint Case No. 41 of 2021 (Yogendra Pal v. Kuldeep Yadav and others), under Sections 420, 406 IPC, P.S.- Lalganj, District- Mirzapur. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and applicant is willing to appear before the trial court concerned and a direction may be made to the court concerned to decide the bail application of applicant expeditiously and in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case, applicant appears/surrenders before the trial court concerned within a period of three weeks from today and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. 5.
