In the instant petition, petitioner herein is seeking direction upon respondent No. 04 - Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag to take a decision on the application dated 09.08.2024 filed by the petitioner for de-sealing the stone crusher of the petitioner taking into consideration the report of Tehsildar-respondent No. 06 dated 09.12.2024 and the undertaking/affidavit sworn by the petitioner. Petitioner has also challenged the orders dated 04.09.2021 and 03.08.2021 passed by respondent Nos. 4 & 5. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 04 - Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner dated 09.08.2024 within a reasonable period of time. 3. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 04 - Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag to consider on the representation filed by the petitioner dated 09.08.2024 for de-sealing his stone crusher after taking into account the report of the Tehsildar- respondent No. 06 dated 09.12.2024 and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of one month from the date of passing of this order, as per rules.
