2 passed by JMFC, Baikunthpur, District – Korea whereby, an application under Sections 90, 91, 87, 61, 244 of Cr.P.C. and Section 28(1) & (2) of Domestic Violence Act, filed by the petitioner has been rejected.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondent No. 2 Jagdish Prasad Sahu died.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that this revision petition was against the interim order, and the trial Court has passed the final order in this case; learned counsel for the applicant agrees with the submissions made by the counsel for the respondent, therefore, the instant petition has become infructuous.
