GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.31460 of 2025 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: “….to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents Nos. 3 and 7 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land in Sy.No.192/4Ato an extent of Ac.0.71 cents in Khata No.831, situated at Thottambedu Village and Mandal, Tirupati District as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.3 and 7 not to interfere with the petitioner's land ….” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has purchased the land to an extent of Ac.0.71 cents in Survey No.192/4A in Khata No.831, situated at Thottambedu Village and Mandal, Tirupati District through a registered sale deed vide Document No.804/2018, dated 01.05.2018. Since 4 then, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the said land and her name was also mutated in revenue records. Now, the respondent authorities are trying to interfere and dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law. Hence, the present writ petition. 4. Considering the said submissions, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to interfere and not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
