This intra-court appeal takes exception to the order dated 3rd May, 2023, passed in WPA No.2271 of 2022 whereby writ application of present appellant was dismissed solely on the ground that against the impugned order the appellant has a statutory alternative remedy before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal. 2. On several occasions, this court enquired from the learned counsel for the appellant as to whether this finding of learned Single Bench is incorrect that there exists an alternative statutory remedy. Sadly, no answer is forthcoming. Thus, we find no reason to interfere in the order impugned. 3. Writ appeal is, accordingly, dismissed. 4. No order as to costs. (SUJOY PAUL, ACJ.)
