The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 448 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. Case No.694 of 2022, for the offence registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. On 03.09.2021, Garhwa Police apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused while they were travelling on a stolen motorcycle. It was submitted that name of the petitioner transpired in the confession of co-accused persons. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa, in connection with Garhwa P.S.
