Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents, on counter affidavit, submitted that pursuant to the directions of this Court and after filing of the present contempt case, orders have been passed on the petitioner’s application however with certain delay. The said delay was neither willful nor deliberate and rendered unconditional apology. As such, prayed to dismiss the contempt case. 3 4. As the authorities have passed order on the petitioner’s application, as per the direction of this Court; however with certain delay and this Court, having satisfied with the explanation, is inclined to close the contempt case and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
