Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to file affidavit of service during the course of day. 2. Pursuant to the previous order of this court, Sri Diptiman Singh, learned counsel has appeared on behalf of the Respondent No.3. He has produced two Government Orders issued by the Medical Education Anubhag-2, one of which is dated 26th December, 2018 which provides for grant of No Objection Certificate by the Government, in case a person belonging to the education cadre seeks a no objection certificate for applying to other medical education institutes/universities. Another G.O. which has also been issued by the same Anubhag-2 is of 17.06.2021 that provides for issuance of N.O.C. at the appropriate level after the specified period of two years for approval. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to a judgment of this Court passed in Writ-A No. 5846 of 2023 dated 13.10.2023 (Neutral Citation No. 2023:AHC-LKO:67026) and drawn attention of the Court to paragraphs 7 and 12 of the aforesaid judgment. 4. A perusal of the impugned order appearing at page 83 of the writ petition reflects that no objection certificate has been refused to the petitioner by the competent authority for applying to the post of Assistant Professor in the Pediatric Department of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. 5. Accordingly, in view of the reasons cited in the aforesaid judgment of this Court in Writ-A No. 5846 of 2023, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 25.04.2025 is quashed. 6. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the closing date for submission of the online application is 14.06.2025. Under the circumstances, the Competent Authority is directed to grant no objection certificate to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of one week from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order before the competent authority.
