The petitioner is claiming compensation from the State under the State Disaster Relief Fund on account of accidental death of her son on 08.02.2024 as a result of a kutcha wall falling upon him during a storm. The petitioner in support of her claim places reliance on Government Notification dated 09.06.2021. 2. Learned standing counsel has placed on record the instructions received from S.D.M., Pooranpur, District Pilibhit, according to which, the claim is not covered by the scheme. 3. Learned standing counsel, on query, states that respondent No. 2 has not taken any decision in writing so far. 4. In view of above, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make additional representation as she may be advised along with evidence in support of her claim and true attested copy of the instant order within two weeks from today and in which event, respondent No. 2 will pass a speaking order on the same within next six weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner.
