GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the action of the Respondents, in not considering and in failing to pass appropriate orders on the Petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th Respondent not to interfere with or disturb the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject land by the Petitioner, pending consideration of the representation, as otherwise the Petitioner will be put to irreparable loss, hardship….” 2. Heard M/s. P.Madhu Sudhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has relied on the orders dated passed by the civil Court i.e. Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri in O.S.No.227/2023 wherein the said suit was filed for specific performance directing the defendant therein to register the suit schedule property, i.e. 100 sq.yards of vacant site, in favour of the petitioner herein and the same was decreed 07.7.2023. Subsequently, the said land has been resumed by the respondents herein. Hence petitioner herein has made a representation on 21.4.2025, by considering their possession, for grant of D-form patta and the same is pending before the authorities. 4 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the authorities will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the same, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.4.2025 and pass appropriate orders. The said exercise shall be completed within three (03) months from this day. 6. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
