The present anticipatory bail application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.0005 of 2021, under Sections 409 and 120(B) I.P.C., Police Station Khampar, District Deoria, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. After arguing for some time, applicant's counsel submits that the present application for anticipatory bail may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the trial court and apply for a regular bail application. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer of learned counsel for the applicant. In view of the statement made by learned Senior Counsel for the applicant, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
