Heard Mr. Pankaj Singh, Advocate, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. Poorva Tiwari, learned Panel Lawyer for the State/respondent/s. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was restrain to file this petition as he is not being relived after passing of transfer order dated 13.12.2024. In the transfer order itself it has been stated that if the petitioner will not join within seven days, departmental enquiry will be initiated against him as he has been promoted from the post of Peon to Assistant Grade – III. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that they will take every endevour to relive the petitioner forthwith. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, 3 the respondents are directed to relive the petitioner within 10 days. 5. Further, the respondents are directed to submit a report before the Registrar Judicial in this respect. 6. Accordingly, with this observation/s and direction/s this petition is disposed of.
