JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer. a) Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation of petitioner vide Annexure – C dated 26/06/2025. b) And grant such other relief as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case, and in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Heard the learned counsel Sri. Prashant V. Mogali, appearing for the petitioner, the learned AGA Smt. Girija S. Hiremath representing respondent Nos.1 to 7, Sri. Shivaraj Hiremath for respondent No.8 and Sri. B. Sharanabasava for respondent No.9. 3. The petitioner retires on attaining the age of superannuation in the cadre of Pump Operator. He is before the Court on the score that his terminal benefits have not been paid and therefore, he has submitted the representation. The representation so submitted is claiming several benefits. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:18154 WP No. 107241 of 2025 4. The learned counsel for the Municipality would submit that they have recommended the case of the petitioner for release of terminal benefits. 5. The learned HCGP would now submit that if reasonable time is granted, the terminal benefits of the petitioner would be considered to be released in accordance with law if all the documents are in place. 6. In that light, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to respondent – State to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass necessary orders thereon in accordance with law within outer limit of ten weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier.
