GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dt.28.06.2025 requesting them to issue DK Patta pertains to the land to an extent of Ac.2-66 cents in Sy.No.125 in Muppavaram Village of J. Pangaluru Mandal of Bapatla District and land to an extent of Ac.1-55 cts in Sy.No.58-1 of Bytamanjulu Village of J.Panguluru Mandal, Bapatla District as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, and pass….” 2. Heard M/s. Gavaraju Usha Sri, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. During the course of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents, on instructions, has submitted that the subject property is a puntha which is not entitled to assign as per the Board Standing Orders. But the fact remains that the respondents have not passed any order based on the request made by the petitioner on 28.6.2025. 4. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the request made by the petitioner on 28.6.2025 and pass appropriate orders basing on the records and the said exercise shall be completed within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
