However, it was noticed that no fresh appearance was entered. In view of the same, Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause-list. Accordingly, the matter was listed again on 30.06.2025. However, there was no representation and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. 2. Today, inspite of matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. In view of the same, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.
