The petitioner therefore filed I.A.SR.No.7183 of 2025 in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in H.M.O.P.No.4 of 2023 for effecting substituted service. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said I.A.SR.No.7183 of 2025 has not been numbered. 3.I direct the Principal Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai to forthwith number the I.A.SR.No.7183 of 2025 filed by the petitioner for effecting substituted service. 4.The Civil Revision Petition is allowed accordingly.
