The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer: “It is therefore, most humbly prayed that:- i) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the record and proceedings of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur in Unregistered Complaint filed by the Respondent No.2/ Rakesh Singh Bais. ii) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the record and proceedings of Criminal Revision No.288/2016 before the Second Additional District and Sessions Judge, Raipur. ⅲ) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 06/04/2019, passed by the Learned Second Additional District and Session Judge, Raipur, passed in Criminal Revision No. 288 /2016. iv) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order and grant any other relief which may be found just, proper and expedient in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. ” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous, as the complaint has been brought to its logical ending. 4.
