Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are insisting the petitioner to vacate from her landed property at the instance of unofficial respondents 8 to 14. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by respondent No.10, a case in Cr.No.198 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 324(4) r/w 3(5) of BNS was registered against the petitioner and others. He would further submit that police never insisted the petitioner to vacate the petitioner from her property. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
